Thank you for your trust in my publication. To provide the features on this site I am required to process personal data, the extent of which is outlined in this document.

For non-members no cookies are set. And overall the site does not utilize any non-essential cookies. Your privacy is important to me so this site uses no invasive tracking scripts.

Memberships
Membership records are kept on our servers and include the following data:

Further the Ghost blogging system records the following events for members including a timestamp:

Analytics
To improve the site we utilize first-party analytics. No direct connection is ever made to the analytics servers, and data is pseudonymized for members and anonymized for non-members before transmitting any record to our analytics provider.
The following fields are transmitted to Tinybird (our analytics provider):

Hosting & CDNs
Our primary servers are self managed, hosted with Hetzner in Germany. We do however utilize some global content delivery networks to speed up our site.
Hetzner
Hetzner provides hosting for our application servers and as such stores customer data. Their processing of customer data happens in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement with them.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare provides caching and security services for us. As such they are able to read requests sent to our site. They process user data in accordance with their Data Processing Addendum.

jsDelivr
To provide the membership portal, required scripts are loaded from jsDelivr. As such they process user requests according to their privacy policy.
Bunny.net
Bunny is used for providing fonts used on our website. As such they process user requests according to their privacy policy.
Stripe
If you are a paying members, your payment details are managed through Stripe. They therefor process the data you provide when subscribing to a paid tier according to their Data Processing Agreement.
Mailgun
If you have signed up for an account we will send you transactional emails and email newsletters according to your account settings. Those mails are handled by Sinch Mailgun. As such data as the name and email address you've provided are passed to Mailgun to process according to their Data Processing Agreement.
